I’m still not over how awesome they are
Update: they replaced the stairmasters again and it’s so sad I could cry
I’ve found that people tend to confuse emotional acting with good acting.
Emotion is the “sweat of acting”, it comes once you play the objective.
Plenty of people can act sad, but so many times I see characters crying and I don’t know why because the actor is just thinking “Let’s make this sad” as opposed to “Let’s see what I have to accomplish and what I do and what other characters do to me and have a genuine reaction.”
Watch movies and TV shows with great actors.
Try to vary the genres and eras that you watch movies from. Being well-rounded and well versed is always positive!
